Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products once purchased.

  • Exchanges for Quality Issues: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are happy to offer an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and relevant supporting photos. We will provide instructions for the return of the defective item and process the exchange promptly.

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only available if the product quality is compromised (e.g., damaged, faulty, or incorrect item sent). Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Shipping & Processing

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring that your products arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: All of BC in 5-10 business days (depending on your location)

    • Expedited Shipping: West Vancouver, BC to Hope, BC within 2 business days

    • Express Shipping: West Vancouver, BC to Hope, BC in 24 hours.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and your delivery address.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over eligblie orders.

  • $5 delivery for Maple Ridge, BC.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working to offer international shipping as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). 

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@thisishealthfood.ca. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

    For damaged packages, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist with an exchange or resolution.

Delivery Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or delays by the shipping carrier.
